Arya Shipyard is established under TMM group.

Teknik Malzeme Muhendislik ltd founded at 1981 in istanbul. TMM GROUP is short name of TEKNIK MALZEME MUHENDISLIK ( TECHNICAL METERIAL AND ENGINERRING)

TMM group start working for ship repair industry. TMM group finalize many repair and reconditioned project in 30 years of business time. TMM group able to overall ships and increase performance of the vessel.

 
TMM group is start working at Istanbul’s most popular industrial area KARAKOY, PERSEMBE PAZARI. After those years Karakoy was lifeblood of industry and maritime sector. Sector was developing the region around the industry areas. TMM fist move to ZEYTINBURNU DEMIRCILER site to work mainly stainless-steel manufacturing and material support for duration of the period.

Company work with Turkey`s most popular companies like;
TOFAS / BURSA, CAR FACTORY PAITING UNITS
SEKA / IZMIT ,PAPER FACTORY
TURYAG / IZMIR, Natural oil factory
ULKER / ISTANBUL, chocolate factory
Also work with medicine and supply companies and suplly various kind of equipments to solve industrials production assist needs.

 Later on company moved to Istanbul Tuzla area.   And established new operations to build and supply ship parts. TMM was the first company after shipyards who was cutting steels with CNC plasma. TMM was the leader at the sub-construction and steel cutting at the Tuzla industry.  TMM increase production capacity up to 3000ton.

TMM never stop establishing new business and sectors. TMM professionalize on repair, refit, and performance upgrade, maintain current ships conditions and ship management.

At 2005 TMM established ARYA SHIPYARD. ARYA SHIPYARD starts business with production of ATLANTIC TRAWLER 62. After successful production of ATLANTIC TRAWLER 62 series Arya Shipyard decides to continue building workboats instead of pleasure crafts. Arya Shipyard`s idea was building high quality workman ship. Up to now Arya Shipyard is professionally building workboats. Various type of vessel builds and repaired by ARYA SHIPYARD. At 2011 Arya Shipyard delivered 18 workboats from steel, aluminum and hdpe. Arya shipyard is increasing the capacity everyday with different materials and different boats
